While in Boston, you may find it necessary to have your signature notarized on a variety of legal documents such as:

• a Will;

• a Power-of-Attorney;

• a Health Care Proxy; and

• a Living Will.

There is a Notary Public available to MGH patients in the Patient Advocacy Office, located in the lower lobby of the Wang Building, Room 018. Tel: (617) 726-3370. For your convenience, they will also arrange to have present any witnesses required by Massachusetts law.
